Following a series of mergers, acquisitions and support issues, Yorkshire Building Society Group needed to upgrade its email solution to a platform that was easier to integrate and manage.

With a common platform for email, YBS Group can reduce management costs and complexity, safeguard colleague productivity and enable greater mobility.
The Group partnered with Computacenter to help it design, implement and integrate a new messaging system based on Microsoft Exchange. Computacenter is now responsible for supporting the environment under a five-year contract.
